1. Freeze Protection for Heat Pumps
The challenge: Frozen condensate drain pans, base trays, and exposed water lines cause winter shutdowns, service call-outs, and warranty costs for heat pump installers.
Our solution: The ready-to-install Heat Pump Freeze Protection Kit, plus custom silicone rubber heaters with thermostats for trays, pipes, and chassis zones — activate automatically when temperatures drop.
2. Compressor Crankcase Heating
The challenge: Refrigerant migrates into cold compressor oil during standstill, damaging compressors on start-up and shortening service life.
Our solution: Flexible silicone heater bands sized to the compressor housing, in the voltage and wattage specified for the unit, with durable lead wires for outdoor installation.
3. Buffer Tank and Hot Water Heating
The challenge: Electric backup heating and domestic hot water modules require immersion elements built for long life in water, with reliable overheat protection.
Our solution: Flange heating elements and submersible heating tubes in SS304 or SS316, with integrated thermostats or thermal cut-offs and custom flange dimensions.
4. Control Panel Anti-Condensation and Wiring Protection
The challenge: Outdoor control cabinets suffer internal condensation, while internal harnesses chafe against sharp sheet metal edges.
Our solution: Compact silicone rubber heaters to keep enclosures above the dew point, together with plastic corrugated conduit and matched fittings and clips.
