Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for fittings and clips?+

MOQ is flexible, and mixed orders are common — you can combine different connector types, sizes and clips in one shipment. Custom-engineered fittings may carry a tooling or minimum-order requirement depending on specifications, which we confirm before production.

How do I make sure the fittings match my conduit?+

Order by the conduit AD size code (for example the AD size marked on your conduit) and tell us the enclosure thread or connection it must mate with. Fittings are designed to match our stainless steel and plastic conduit ranges, so ordering as a system guarantees compatibility and preserves the IP rating.

Which fitting types are available?+

The range covers metal (stainless) connectors and adapters, nylon connectors and couplings, end caps, junction boxes, plus saddle clamps, cable ties and bracket mounts. If your installation needs a shape or thread not in the standard range, our custom engineering team can design it.

Do the fittings maintain IP67/IP68 protection?+

When the correct matching fitting is paired with PVC-coated stainless conduit and installed per the design, the liquid-tight system achieves the IP67/IP68 rating of the conduit. The final installed rating also depends on the enclosure interface and correct assembly.

Can you make custom or special fittings?+

Yes. OEM/ODM is welcome: special threads, angles, materials or bracketry can be engineered from your drawing. Custom development cost and timing depend on specifications and are agreed in advance.

Are samples available, and what is the lead time?+

Sample fittings and clips can be arranged for fit-checking, often together with conduit samples. Standard items ship from our warehouses in Germany and the Netherlands; custom parts are produced to order with the lead time confirmed on the proforma invoice.

What certifications, payment terms and warranty apply?+

All fittings and clips are CE marked and RoHS compliant and are made under IATF 16949 quality controls. Payment for new customers is T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects; sealing failures caused by mismatched sizes or incorrect assembly are not covered.
