Power Equipment & Electrical Infrastructure

Heavy-duty heating and cable protection for energy generation, distribution, and critical bolted joints.

Power plants, grid infrastructure, and heavy industry specify components for long service life, controlled assembly, and dependable protection. We supply bolt heating tubes for critical bolted joints, anti-condensation heaters for switchgear cabinets, and stainless conduit for cable routes — all manufactured under IATF 16949 quality management, CE marked, and RoHS compliant, with replacement stock available from our EU warehouses.

Application Scenarios

1. Thermal Tightening of Critical Bolted Joints

The challenge: Turbine flanges, pressure vessel manways, wind turbine bolts, and pipeline flanges require precise, repeatable bolt elongation — often in locations where hydraulic tensioners cannot operate.

Our solution: Bolt head heating tubes deliver controlled uniform heat for thermal tightening and loosening, with optional thermocouples for process records. Safer than open-flame methods and suitable for confined spaces.

2. Anti-Condensation Heating in Switchgear and Cabinets

The challenge: Outdoor kiosks, terminal boxes, and medium- and low-voltage cabinets develop internal condensation that corrodes busbars and protection equipment.

Our solution: Low-wattage silicone rubber heaters sized to enclosure volume, maintaining internal air above the dew point with minimal energy use.

3. Cable Protection in Power Distribution and Plants

The challenge: Control and power cables in stations and industrial plants run close to heat sources, chemicals, and mechanical impact.

Our solution: 304 stainless steel corrugated conduit, bare or PVC-coated, with matched fittings and clips for sealed, mechanically robust routing across a wide size range.

4. Auxiliary Tank and Boiler Heating

The challenge: Water and oil systems in power stations require reliable immersion heating with corrosion resistance and overheat protection.

Our solution: Flange heating elements and submersible heating tubes in SS316 or high-temperature sheath materials, built to custom flange and wattage specifications.
