Packaging & Industrial Machinery
Heat for sealing and tooling, protection for cables on the factory floor.
Machine builders and packaging lines depend on fast heat-up, stable temperatures, and cable protection that resists metal splash, cutting fluids, and millions of motion cycles. We supply cartridge heaters, flexible heaters, and metal or plastic conduit systems from one qualified source — with IATF 16949 quality management, CE marking, and RoHS compliance, and local stock for maintenance and repeat orders.

1. Heat Sealing and Shrink Packaging
The challenge: Seal bars, sealing jaws, shrink tunnels, and form-fill-seal machines need rapid, uniform temperature to hold seal quality at high line speeds.
Our solution: Cartridge heaters sized for fast heat-up and even bar temperature, with custom terminations for direct machine integration.
2. Mold and Die Heating
The challenge: Injection molds, hot runner systems, die-casting dies, and rubber vulcanization tooling demand high watt density and long service life at elevated temperatures.
Our solution: High-density cartridge heaters with SS316 or Incoloy sheath options, tight diameter tolerance, and optional thermocouples for closed-loop control.
3. Cable Protection on Automation and Robotics
The challenge: Cables on CNC machines, six-axis robots, and handling systems flex constantly and face abrasion, hot swarf, and washdown fluids.
Our solution: Flexible PA plastic corrugated conduit for dynamic cable routing, 304 stainless steel conduit for hot and washdown zones, and matched fittings and clips for a complete system.
4. Control Cabinet Anti-Condensation
The challenge: Panels in damp production halls and unheated areas develop condensation that corrodes terminals and electronics.
Our solution: Compact silicone rubber heaters installed inside cabinets to maintain safe internal temperatures, with optional thermostat control.
