Food & Beverage Equipment

Hygienic heating elements and washdown-rated cable protection for food processing and beverage equipment.

Manufacturers of food and beverage equipment need heaters suited to hygienic design and protection systems that survive daily chemical washdown. We offer food-contact-grade heating options, corrosion-resistant stainless steel immersion elements, and stainless conduit — produced under IATF 16949 quality management with CE marking and RoHS compliance, and available from EU stock for short lead times.

Application Scenarios

1. Surface Heating in Food Equipment

The challenge: Warming trays, dough proofing cabinets, chocolate tempering machines, and beverage dispensers need even, controllable heat on surfaces that are easy to clean.

Our solution: Silicone rubber heaters in food-contact-grade silicone on request, custom shapes and wattages, with smooth surfaces that resist oils and fats and wipe clean quickly.

2. Process Tank and Vessel Heating

The challenge: Brewhouses, dairies, and CIP systems heat large liquid volumes reliably while resisting corrosion and meeting hygienic installation expectations.

Our solution: Flange heating elements in SS316 with standard or custom flanges, thermostat and overheat protection, and sheath materials selected for the liquid being heated.

3. Immersion Heating in Tanks and Washers

The challenge: Vats, soaking tanks, and industrial washing systems need direct immersion heaters that withstand hot water and cleaning chemicals.

Our solution: Submersible heating tubes in SS316 with integrated thermal cut-offs, custom lengths, and terminal or cable terminations.

4. Cable Protection in Washdown Areas

The challenge: Cables on production lines face high-pressure hoses, caustic cleaners, and constant moisture.

Our solution: 304 stainless steel corrugated conduit, including PVC-coated versions, with matched fittings and clips for sealed, cleanable routing.
